Here is who does what—and what must be confirmed before a hotspot site goes live.
Business registration
DIA & ISIK Holdings is registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau. This establishes the business; it is not an ISP licence or a site-specific operating approval.
Tax registration
DIA & ISIK Holdings is registered with the Uganda Revenue Authority. Tax registration is separate from telecommunications licensing and approvals for individual service locations.
Internet service arrangement
Cloud-Fi is the Wi-Fi, ordering and billing platform of Cloud Core Systems Ltd—not a separate ISP. The provider confirms service availability, packages and terms. DIA & ISIK Holdings manages its hotspot network under the ISP’s authorisation; DIA & ISIK and Saints Man are not independent ISPs.
Regulatory reference
The Uganda Communications Commission is the communications regulator. This logo is an authority reference—not evidence of a DIA & ISIK licence or approval. The ISP and responsible site operator confirm what applies before launch.
Data-protection authority reference
The PDPO oversees data-protection law in Uganda. This is an authority reference only—not evidence that DIA & ISIK Holdings is registered, certified or endorsed by the Office.
Public-procurement reference
The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority oversees public procurement in Uganda. Its logo is shown for identification only; it does not claim supplier registration, endorsement or a contract award.

Order and installation: Internet package orders are placed through Cloud-Fi’s external order page. Installation is quoted separately after a site survey. Service availability and terms are confirmed for each location.
Cloud-Fi billing platform: No monthly platform fee. A 10% charge applies to Mobile Money sales and a 5% charge to voucher sales.
Equipment and deployment: There is no fixed site or device count. We assess coverage, layout, expected users, existing equipment and ISP availability at each location; then scope the gateway, access points, installation and team required. Links between buildings, integrations and other custom engineering are scoped and quoted separately. Your written quote lists the locations and equipment included.

We work with external organisations where roles and authorization are clear. Their names and marks are kept separate from our portfolio brands.
