Board of Directors
The Board’s role is governance and oversight: setting group-level direction and supporting responsible stewardship of the portfolio. This is separate from executive management and day-to-day delivery.
Governance, not daily management
The Board provides oversight and group governance. Executive leadership is responsible for leading the organisation; team leaders coordinate work in their areas; staff deliver services and support operations.
Board membership and appointments should be listed only when formally confirmed and approved for publication.
