Connectivity and compliance
DIA & ISIK designs and installs managed Wi-Fi networks and is authorised by a licensed ISP to operate hotspots using its internet service. We market ISP-approved internet packages and manage customer onboarding through our business. The ISP supplies internet and confirms its licence scope, service terms and applicable approvals.
Paid guest access depends on the ISP's terms, applicable Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) requirements, your site setup and customer demand. We will confirm the permitted configuration before service begins.
