Request site scoutingDIA & ISIK Holdings scopes multi-site community networks around a 700+ user planning target, measured site conditions and expected peak demand. Start with a regional proposal; site scouting and a written design establish the topology, internet, equipment, billing and deployment required.
A regional proposal can include multiple community venues, a shared network foundation and staged deployment. We confirm the locations, access, power, coverage and responsibilities before specifying the equipment or installation team.

Core networkModel peak concurrent demand and design the core, backhaul, power and site equipment with capacity beyond the bare minimum.
Review core design scope
Services and operationsRequest dedicated internet options, Saints Man billing setup, equipment and professional deployment as one scoped proposal.
Request a complete rollout quoteThe 700+ figure is a network planning target, not a guarantee of simultaneous throughput or internet availability. During survey and design, we distinguish registered users from expected peak concurrent users, then size the core topology, upstream connection, site links, power resilience, gateways, access points and capacity headroom against the agreed forecast. Final equipment and service specifications are confirmed in the written design and ISP quotation.
Where the ISP and applicable approvals allow, the proposal can include dedicated 1:1 internet, Saints Man voucher billing, equipment procurement, installation, configuration and handover. Inter-building links, integrations and custom engineering are identified and quoted in the project scope.
Share what you know about the locations and intended users. The request form lets you ask for a billing system quote, site scouting, dedicated internet or a complete regional rollout quotation.
Individuals, community representatives and organisations can describe the region, proposed locations, estimated users and desired services. A registered company is not required to express interest.
Assess candidate sites, access, power, coverage, current equipment and ISP availability; confirm the expected peak user profile.
Review the core topology, capacity headroom, dedicated internet option, billing setup, equipment quantities, installation team, timeline and any separately scoped links or integrations.
Deployment begins only after the written scope, responsibilities, ISP service terms and applicable approvals are confirmed. Applications are reviewed; they do not guarantee acceptance or service availability.
