Build community connectivity from the local site to the region.

DIA & ISIK Holdings is developing a community hotspot programme for local venues and coordinated regional rollouts. Start with a partner application or location idea; we can scope site scouting, a robust network design, dedicated internet and billing requirements before preparing a deployment quotation.

Choose the scale. We will scope the network.

The programme is planned in two levels. Both begin with the people who need access, suitable host locations and a site survey. Final coverage, internet and equipment depend on measured demand and ISP availability.

Start with a host site

For a community venue or cluster of nearby locations. We scout the site, estimate use and coverage, and scope suitable equipment, internet service and voucher billing.

Coordinate multiple locations

For a wider rollout across several host sites. We assess each location, map the shared core and backhaul needs, and prepare a phased equipment and service quotation.

Explore the regional rollout

Regional core topology designed for 700+ users.

For a regional proposal expecting 700 or more users, we plan the core network with capacity headroom rather than sizing equipment to the bare minimum. The survey and demand forecast establish peak simultaneous use, coverage, upstream capacity, backhaul links, power resilience, equipment quantities and the topology required. The 700+ figure is a planning target, not a promise of available service or guaranteed throughput; the final design and ISP service are confirmed in the written scope. See how regional core design is scoped.

A quotation can include site scouting and survey, core and site topology, gateway and access point requirements, installation and configuration, dedicated internet options, and Saints Man billing setup where the operator and ISP terms allow.

From application to a scoped deployment.

Every project starts with an enquiry and assessment. No equipment bundle, staffing count or installation price is assumed before the sites are surveyed.

  1. Apply or propose a location

Tell us who is applying, the community or region, the candidate sites and who needs to connect. Individuals may apply without a registered company.

  2. Scout and survey the sites

Review coverage areas, access, power, existing infrastructure, user demand and available internet service at each location.

  3. Design and price the system

Scope the core and site topology, capacity headroom, equipment, installation team, dedicated internet option and billing setup. Building links and integrations are listed separately where required.

  4. Approve, deploy and hand over

Review the written scope, terms and applicable ISP permissions. Work begins after the proposed scope, service availability and responsibilities are agreed.

Ready to apply or request a site survey?

Use the application form to request a local site assessment, regional rollout discussion, billing system quotation or dedicated internet quote. The form asks for location, site count and expected peak users so the team can scope the right next step.
